Adoptions

If you are interested in any of our available dogs, please contact us at 319-362-1991 or ppapalsrescue@gmail.com to set up a time to meet the dog. Once the initial meeting has taken place, potential adopters may fill out an adoption application and return it to PPA PALS, %Pawsitive Paws Academy, Inc. at 137 30th Street Drive SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403. Our coordinator then goes through the application and follows up with reference calls. Upon completion of this part of the process, a time will be set up to meet any other animals/family members if necessary. This may occur at PPA or during the final step, which is a home visit. If the home visit confirms the positive future adoption for the dog, then an adoption contract will be signed, the adoption fee paid, and the dog will stay there with you in its new home.
